“Happy Harvest” is a game of contrasting fortunes. Make it big as a successful virtual farmer by managing your farm the virtuous and hardworking way or let it fail by neglecting to perform your necessary duties. This role-playing game requires you to plough your land, sow the seeds, nurture your crops and harvest the produce to sell at the marketplace to expand your farm further and become rich in the process. BUT for the more ‘adventurous’ player, there’s an easier route: Plunder thy neighbour’s labour of love. In other words, steal from your friend!
So, you’re not afraid of getting caught? Perhaps, but because the aim is to become a very successful farmer by hook or by crook, it’s a risk that’s worth taking. But beware! What you do onto others can be done onto you in equal measure! So think carefully before you decide to steal. Whichever path you choose to take to reach your goal, challenge yourself, plot your strategies and make the right decisions to become the owner of the most productive and lucrative farm on the block. The question is: Are you game enough!
“Happy Harvest” starts innocently enough in a typical farm setting where you blissfully go about planting crops, fruits, vegetables, flowers and raise livestock, which you eventually sell at the market. However, there is a method to all this agriculture madness.
As a “virtual farmer” you start out on 6 empty plots whereby your first step to success would be to buy seeds for sowing. You must then water your crops consistently to prevent them from drying out and dying! Oh! Don’t forget to get rid of the weeds and worms to ensure they grow up healthy, lush and juicy. But the most important step comes during harvest time where you must store your farm produce in the barn to prevent them from getting stolen. Needless to say, you will sell your produce at the marketplace to earn money, hopefully a lot! So, the excess cash can then be used to expand your farm by purchasing more farmland, livestock and additional structures to eventually make you a very successful and wealthy man. In this case, enlarging your operations to include farm animals, be it chicken, cows, pigs or goats is the right way to make more profits; which in turn will allow you to expand your farm even more as the next harvest cycle ends. The sky’s the limit as they say!
However, for those who can’t wait, there is another way: Steal from thy neighbour! Although we do not recommend such acts of plundering, this game allows you decide for yourself the best way to reach your goal of becoming a successful farmer. But because we love a little bit of ‘adventure’ ourselves, let us tell you how you can take that shortcut to success. Pretend to visit your friend’s farm to help out with their crop and when they least expect it – STRIKE! Cart away their harvest, sell them and pocket the proceeds. “Easy Peezy”, right? But beware! What you do onto others can be done onto you in equal measure! So think carefully before you decide how you want to play the game. Ok! Here’s another tip, you can raise a guard dog to protect your farm from such unwanted crop raiders, but so can your neighbour, ha-hah! Now you know why this game is so interesting.

You need to be ambitious, hardworking and vigilant to reap the rewards OR cunning and daring to achieve the same objective.
